Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing-related initiatives end-to-end
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams at KG
- Contribute to team rituals (planning, reviews, retros)
- Mentor junior team members where applicable
Requirements
- Prior experience in a marketing role or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field
